Our modern hotel rooms are the perfect treat for those couples who need a break from sharing with others. These rooms come 1 x king bed (king) and your own private ensuite bathroom. They are further equipped with; bath towels, toiletries, a minibar fridge, tea and coffee facilities and TV. All hotel rooms are located on levels 3 and 4 to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

Simply let your taxi driver know you’re heading to Gilligan’s – it’s a well-known destination in Cairns! The address is 57-89 Grafton Street. If no taxis are available, you can call 131 008 to book one.
From the Bus Depot:
Premier Buses: Arrive and depart from the bus station next to Cairns Central Shopping Centre, just a short walk from Gilligan’s.
Greyhound Buses: The terminal is located on Bunda St.

The Reef Fleet Terminal, the departure point for most reef tours, is located a 10-15 minute walk from Gilligan’s. If you’re unsure of your tour’s departure details, contact the company directly. Our staff can provide maps and directions.

Yes, small lockers (approximately 20cm x 15cm) are available for securing your valuables. Guests are welcome to bring their own padlock or purchase one from Reception. Additionally, we’ve begun upgrading dorm rooms with larger lockers (approximately W49cm x D48.5cm x H86cm) for added convenience.
Check-In: From 2 pm. If you arrive earlier, we offer free luggage storage until your room is ready.
Check-out: By 10 am. To extend your stay, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. At checkout, bring your luggage, room key, and pillowcase to Reception.
Early Check-In/Late Checkout:
Due to high occupancy, early check-ins and late checkouts are not available. To check in immediately upon arrival, book for the night prior.
